Description:
Workplace violence prevention requires more than a policy—it requires awareness, preparation, and the confidence to act when seconds matter. In this engaging and practical session, attendees will learn how to recognize early warning signs and behavioral indicators that may precede workplace violence, understand effective response options during critical incidents, and gain insight into life-saving bleeding control principles that can improve survival outcomes before emergency responders arrive. We will also discuss what an effective workplace violence prevention training program should include, how organizations can create a culture of preparedness, and the important role HR professionals play in reducing risk, supporting employees, and strengthening workplace safety.

Today’s HR teams are being asked to reach more employees, across more locations and languages, with fewer resources and tighter timelines. At the same time, many leaders are camera-shy, short on time, or not fluent in the languages their teams speak—creating unintended barriers to effective learning and communication.
This session explores how HR teams are using AI avatars to remove those barriers. Attendees will see how leaders can create realistic, professional avatars that look and sound like them, enabling consistent, on-demand training without the pressure of being on camera. We’ll also explore how avatars can deliver training in multiple languages, helping HR expand access, improve inclusion, and scale leadership presence—without sacrificing the human connection that matters most.
You’ll leave with practical examples, real use cases, and clear guidance on where AI avatars fit into an HR-led learning and development strategy.
