Meet Our Speakers:
Lucas Asper
Lucas Asper is an attorney in Ogletree Deakins' Greenville, South Carolina office, where he represents employers in labor and employment matters. His practice includes employment litigation, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, workplace policies, and preventive labor and employment law advice. Lucas earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and graduated with honors from its School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor-in-Chief of the South Carolina Law Review. Before law school, he worked as a project manager in the construction industry.
Chuck McDonald is a shareholder in the Greenville office, specializing in labor and employment law. With 27 years of experience, he advises employers on employment litigation, wage and hour compliance, discrimination, workplace policies, noncompete agreements, and employee relations. Chuck is certified as a specialist in employment and labor law by the South Carolina Supreme Court and serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Wage and Hour Practice Group. He is admitted to practice in South Carolina and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

This program has been pre-approved for 1 hour of SHRM re-certification credit.
